From I-81 take Rt 30 West through Chambersburg approximately 3.5 miles to Warm Spring Rd (Rt 995). Turn left (south) onto Warm Spring Rd (Rt 995) and travel approximately 1.5 miles. There is a blue water tower on the left – turn left immediately after the water tower into the field – same as South Hamilton baseball.
The 2009 KYFCL season will begin the weekend of August 23-24.
There are significant changes this year which the KYFCL Board, in cooperation with the PIAA officials, has been able to incorporate into the schedule.Over the past few years the number of athletes on each team at the JV and Mid Varsity levels has grown.In an effort to reward players with significant play time, each quarter will be extended from 8 to 9 minutes for the JV, Mid Varsity and Varsity games.We are hopeful that this change will allow team coaches and youth administrators adequate time to fully implement the 6 play rule for all participating athletes.It will also allow cheerleading squads additional performance time.
